Don't buy here. Run from it as fast as you can.
One of the owners talked us into buying a purple laz-z-boy couch from them with free delivery. Biggest mistake we could have ever made.
The couch came home in February. Within 2 weeks the back of it began to fall back. You could hear boards cracking as you sat down on the couch. And then the middle in the front started to sag down. We called them about it and was told their handy man would give us a call that Monday. Never received a call. We have been through many calls, a couple emails and walking in to get this resolved. They have tried to convince us (without looking at it) that there is a short in a wire to the electric foot rest, and that's why the couch is completely falling apart. Not kidding, they really want us to believe that. By the way, the foot rests work just fine. We don't have little kids or anything. The couch is actually used lightly. We work a lot, so it's hard to be constantly on them about this. I even got an email that the owners were flooded into Manhattan and couldn't talk to us. Which was a lie because we had been going to Manhattan and back home just fine. On top of this... In February we paid for a $300 coffee table. We were told it would be in, in 2 weeks. That was in February. It's now July and we still have no coffee table. I am sure they have stolen our money and the table is but a dream. I've given up being able to even get it.
We have contacted La-Z-Boy and I will be working with them to get this broken product fixed. But I'm sure the $300 for the coffee table is just gone with nothing in return.
This company has the worst customer service I've ever seen in my life and they steal your money. Don't make the same mistake...

Michelle met us when we walked in and told us the specials. She then allowed us to shop but was always available in a moment if we had any questions and was extremely helpful. I was very surprised at the nice selection and variety of quality brands they carried. My experience furniture shopping in the past usually involved fairly pushy salespeople who you could tell were just out to make a buck. Michelle was friendly, very helpful, and never pushy. We did buy a chair from the competition down the street...but only because it was a style we had been looking for at a reasonable price; but the salesperson was constantly trying to "close the sale". The whole staff at Feldkamp was friendly and helpful...it was a very pleasant experience. They even gave us FREE shipping on our order when I asked for it. The other store would not. Read moreEverything started out great. Got great service and a really good price on the stuff we bought. The downfall came shortly after our stuff came to our home. The company that made out tv stand suddenly went out of business and when one of the hinges broke I could not get a replacement. Our couch was very cheaply made. The back of the couch on one side broke and the support beam under my seat broke. After opening the bottom of the couch I found it was made of a very poor quality particle board. We also bought an adjustable bed and mattress. The bed stopped working in less than a year and the mattress has a sd pot about 4 inches wide and 1 foot long (maybe longer) where it feels like the springs got removed. This is the second mattress from them that had this problem. They told us it was made for our bed but now I'm not too sure. I think they screwed us out of money. Now both I and my wife have constant pain and the mattress is only a year and a half old. I will not be going back to them for any future...
