They had everything I needed to make Jaternice! Pork livers, pork snouts, pork skins and pork hearts! They even had the deli head cheese and souse! As I was waiting for them to slice the deli stuff I browsed their assortment and saw they had frog legs, crawfish, muscles, they even had beef bones and natural casings for sausage! Very disappointed with my last visit. I come to specialty shops like these to be able to buy the cuts that I want. The woman who "helped" me didn't listen, was disinterested in what I was trying to buy, and was generally unpleasant. In fairness, I've bought some very nice cuts there, but I don't like buying out of the freezer.
