Provided no value despite charging a $95 diagnostic fee. No list of faulty components or quote with respect to potential repair. Shop just made a vague statement of "leaky components" despite not being able to pinpoint what components were "leaky". Shop should not take work that it is not competent or comfortable with repairing without a disclaimer upon taking the work. Pat accused me of trying to get something for nothing despite only asking for a diagnosis or list of the faulty parts, not a refund. Shameful!
