Service is typically very good, but the quality and taste of Pizza Hut's pizza is not nearly what it used to be. Unless you order extra cheese, you are likely to get a very scarce amount of cheese, not to mention you may have to look closely to find the other toppings as well. If you a fan of thin crust, you can count on the pizza being over baked, dry, and brown. By their own definition, thin & crispy is supposed to have a light crunch, not a dry soda cracker texture. Frankly you have to rewind a few decades to return to the quality that Pizza Hut pizza once consistently had. Quality and taste began a downward spiral once the conveyer ovens were installed. Hey Pizza Hut Corp., use your common sense; it takes less time to properly bake a thin pizza, yet your restaurants run thin pizzas through the conveyer for the same amount of time as hand tossed and pan pizza. Today is Sunday the 28th and happen to place an order last week (around lunchtime 11:30-12) for a medium taco pizza with extra meat, extra cheese and tomato. That’s was all I wanted on that pizza. I specifically made it clear I DID NOT WANT LETTUCE or onion! That be said when I received my pizza it was covered in Lettuce! Today when I placed my order for the same taco pizza with extra meat and cheese. Again specifically asked for no Lettuce. I told guy taking the order to please make sure that there was no lettuce on my pizza because I had a problem with my pizza last time I ordered it. This place needs to close all there business!! Osage beach, ozarks is another horrible experience to prove the hole franchise had a problem and not just 1 store. Thursday July 14th 2022 will be the last time I spend a dime with pizza hut and I'll spread my experience and push the agenda that this place is no longer a family oriented business and do not care about your love ones or how they have treated you all the way up into management.
