This place... By far the worst customer experience I've ever had at a restaurant.

I have tried this place more than 10 times and every experience has been miserable; down right painful to watch.

During those times: I've waited 45 minutes for a simple order, been comped because they couldn't find my ticket, found some leftover something from the drink before in my first drink (and subsequent been called a lier about it when I brought it up), waited 20 minutes to pay after being given the ticket, waited 30 minutes after ordering our first drinks to get them, and been confronted for ordering food to-go after my meal then given undercooked chicken as a result.

Omg the FOOOOD is AMAZING!! The bathrooms are so nice and very well maintained! Surprisingly the night life with all the young people getting drunk there has not affected the amazing upkeep of this place! Kudos to whoever runs this place! I’m sure it’s not easy to keep it so clean and well maintained with the partying that happens at night there. Highly recommended you eat here. Can’t recommend the night part, since I’m not a “bar person” seriously the BEST PHILLY I’VE EVER HAD! Trust me I’m picky about my Philly sandwiches. Easygoing atmosphere, delicious burgers, kind staff! Really glad this place is here in Salina to offer a fun place to eat and enjoy time out. There was even live music on the Wednesday we had dinner there. The noise level can get high when it’s busy, but don’t hold the popularity of this place against it! If noise levels are a concern for you or your group, plan to go on off-peak hours to enjoy a great meal. There’s also outdoor seating!
