Honestly I am glad it sucked. Keep me from making the trip. Gambling never a great idea! Morning manager named Henry, needs to learn how to treat customers as valued guests! They advertise certain card games but the morning manager seemed to decide when to open a table that I drove 40 minutes to play. was told he was not going to open that game because of lack of dealers. and had to wait till morning 10am shift when more dealers arrive. Pulled the same thing later around 3:30pm, when I asked an employee like a half an hour later if they knew when the only table they have for Baccarat would open he seemed uncomfortable with the question! I could understand why when he approached Henry the day mgr and asked for me. Henry snapped at him loud enough for anyone listening in the casino to hear, saying " I already told that guy the table is down!" Really this is how you treat customers?when Brandon came in, the evening mngr?Night and Day difference! I happen to go ask for an update at shift change, let him know I came from Morgan Hill to play what is advertised. Very irritated at that point playing a game not comfortable with when it comes to 3card again automatic shuffler! Henry had no respect for my time! Brandon quickly responded countering Henry's position and acting like management should. Henry made an attempt to be polite in front of Brandon, offering an explanation. Due not having enough dealers available. Brandon took it upon himself to be the dealer as I seen all good management do in other establishments when they are short handed or a dealer needs a break. Brandon very genuine, being glad when you did well! 5 stars for Brandon. Henry made it that much harder to play my game! & seemed unoccupied for most time table closed. a banker sitting off to the side waiting during that period. asked him 4 update, seemed frustrated with question. had no good answers and did not want to be involved, came off as rude! Get it now mngr put staff in awkward Situation. arrived 3am. called prior to inquire about Baccarat. No answer. web site advertised Baccarat! They had 3 card poker, black jack & 1 buy in poker game going. Baccarat closed by mgr due 2 lack of dealers. Decided to play poker then. uses automatic shuffle unlike Garlic city Casino in Gilroy they hand shuffle the deck before dishing it out. Banker Casino hand shuffle deck first then place it in the automatic shuffler? Why? texas holdem poker is better chance at Garlic City casino in Gilroy easier to trust shuffle you can see. When 1 person wins 90 percent of hands and has all flops in their favor & challenges likely winning possible hands with a crappy hand most player would have folded from the start?? And ends up winning on a very weak looking hand on the river on several occasions? flop at best, gives pair of two's and an 8 river to give you a win over a pair of kings possibly pair of jacks according to what is showing. having 2/8 not suited on flop you have a 2/J/K. Next Queen. That's a possible straight. Last card 8 and you win with pairs of 2 and 8 and action increase from beginning before flop. Other player with an ace and king suited raised from the get go! And even increased action at flop with pairs of kings and ace high. Really? There is luck but playing with nonsense cards and winning 9 hands straight? And to shut down games that have benefit to casino vs. individual buy in game with no gains to casino except dealers tips???? 3 card closed 1/2 hour after I arrived due 2 players leaving . Same with black jack! No reason why Baccarat table couldn't have opened At 4am, only 1 buy in poker table was open: mgr and other banker or dealer employee just watched. Honestly felt like a scam! Lost a bit on it. Stuck around area, back later & double up on Baccarat around 3:30pm. Took break to put gas in car, came back 20min later Henry closed Baccarat for two hours with an attitude! Henry 0 stars. Reason I will not return, did me favor!...

Very nice clean food takes a while but it is good 😁 Updated my most recent experiences . I ordered my first to eat in with my friends! The 2nd was my favorite the Black Jack burger because of the avocado and fries and size of the meat .opened my Black Jack burger and the fries was a MIX of Old reheated fries now this has happened in one time before I also noticed that the avocado had been reduced to about half of before ! Mark it up to cook having a bad day at work! at the time. Fries soggy potatoes and brown crispy! Didn't eat them. Later that night I open the clamshell to see the old Fries the Black Jack burger was lacking the slices of avocado! Slice was so thin you could almost see thought it!!!😟🤔 When I eat here food is fine slow SERVICE but nice people work here. If I ever ordered this again I would suggest to make sure...
