It maybe a discount store. However, along with all of these other stores that are popping up and calling themselves discount. They have out of date product and some stuff that is close to going out of date. Also product that has been turned by customers at other stores there is tags on them for return to manufactures. This is done by the grocery stores and other stores as well such as WAL-MART, Sears, Target and others. By letting all of these people going in and buying them through the salvage departments.
