CVS — Local services in Salisbury

The store is the worst pharmacy in the world. I was on my phone in line waiting to be helped the pharmacist let me stand there in the line waiting for a good 10 to 15 minutes, she proceeded to ask me if I was done on my phone before she would help me. she could’ve asked me that right from the beginning but instead, let me stand there for quite some time before Addressing me , another gentleman walked in behind me so she had no choice but to acknowledge me. She has no right to tell me whether or not to use my Phone, The behavior from every single person at the CVS store in the salisbury pharmacy is beyond rude, and go out of their way to make you feel uncomfortable . i will say the staff in the store part of the store Are very nice and accommodating !it is the pharmacy that is absolutely disgusting and rude as a matter of fact, I had to call after the incident happened because They had forgotten a medication and when I called back, the pharmacist made another comment over the phone that she didn’t like my message , on my message, I stated you’re rude incompetent pharmacy forgot one of the medication’s after having a very bad experience at the store. She proceeded to argue with me on the phone over my message. Telling me how she has her doctorate and so on and so forth She asked me to refrain from leaving messages stating that the pharmacy is rude. I have a right to say how I feel and how I am treated. instead of apologizing and saying, I’m sorry you had a bad experience. She decided to argue. They are clearly wrong and out of line I hope and pray my call to the corporate office will help the store. I will never go back into that store again I’m going to have my prescriptions ...

This CVS pharmacy is the worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with! They are very rude, never have ur prescriptions available and say they are working on them and tell u to come back! They told me to call around to if different cvs’s had my medication available? I’m not a pharmacist? Really? I did that had had to do the foot work to get my prescription refilled! Today I went to get my prescription and they told me once again we are working on it can u come back? Ok! So I did! I came back! Sitting in the line at the drive thru for 15 mins then it was my turn! They CLOSED the window! It’s 8:00 sorry! Really!!!! How rude! I went in the store!! They closed the counter? I couldn’t believe it! So ok! I’ll just be in pain untill the morning because this pharmacy is so incompetent and does t care about it’s customers health and we’ll being! Also there was a Mom in back of me with a child who had just come from the ER that was sick and needed a prescription filled, they did not care and shut the counter even tho I asked if they could just give us our prescriptions! They did not care, the manager of the store was rude as well! Worst customer service ever and no concern for patients...

The absolute worst CVS pharmacy I have ever been to, went on a Thursday night to drop off my script around 7 PM, not one customer in the store or at the pharmacy, there was two pharmacists and a CAC working with purple hair and it was 20 minutes before one of the pharmacists told the tech to help me , she came over to meet with an attitude as if I was interrupting her, dropped off my script and told them would be back in the morning, went back around 11 AM the next day, went to the drive-through and one person was pulling up, I got behind the driver and we both sat there for 15 minutes, the woman hit the call button to walk to five times and no one ever came. I decided to go inside to the pharmacy, The same woman was asked to drive through hitting the call button. I had two customers in front of me and then after I was helped, the girl at the cashier said has anyone helped the person at the drive-through yet, they called the girl that was stocking in the pharmacy and lo and behold it was the same girl with the purple hair from the night before to help the person at the drive-through , It is always like i it is always like this...
