Edited 11/11/25 I've been coming here for over a year and I still love it as much as the first day I walked in. There are a lot of class formats now and whether I need a recovery day or I want to work hard, there's a class format for that. I'm really loving the Progressive Weight Training and Weight Training/Circuits classes. Cone in and check it out. You won't be disappointed.
I love Pvolve so much that I signed up for a membership before I had even taken my first class. I'd been looking for a workout community since moving to SLC and Pvolve checked all the boxes. Read moreI have coming to Pvolve for almost a year, only a few months of that on an unlimited membership. I have tried almost everything there is to offer in the salt lake valley; hot yoga, HIIT training, cycling classes but I used to get really anxious for these workouts in fear I would feel totally exhausted afterwards. Pvolve has been so sustainable for me, I don’t get stressed beforehand and I always feel welcome! I have seen real results, which I can’t say for most of the other workouts I have tried out. Each instructor is deeply knowledgeable and always gives options for each move, not to mentioned it is encouraged to option down if something doesn’t feel right. I love how much fun it is (amazing playlists), I love the energy of the instructors (Kim and Michelle both ROCK), and I love how they give you options for difficulty. People of all levels, strengths, sizes, and ages are in each class which is refreshing. It feels very accepting and welcoming.
