The woman in charge tonight and the cashier wanted to sell me what they wanted instead of selling me what I paid for. Overcooked hard burned and short crazy bread and not the amount of cheese I paid for. I ordered a pizza with extra pepperoni and extra cheese for a dollar more and good thing I checked it before walking away from the counter because they were going to give me a plain cheese pizza. So all of a sudden it’s my fault. I get kicked out for no reason after the woman canceled my order. I was asked to were a mask or they were not going to serve me. The majority of the people coming in with out a mask is is about 50 percent. The threatened to call the police in me and I am not even arguing with neither of them other that the fact that the pizza was incorrect and that the crazy bread was obviously burned hard short and the lack of cheese. We had a terrible experience recently as a family, however, that has permanently lowered my opinion of this location. My brother ordered online and originally set a pick-up time for the evening. When he went to edit his order, the time changed to ASAP instead. We tried to call the facility over 15 times with no answer. When we came in to see if we could get a new order since this one had been sitting out for so long, they were completely hostile and refused to give us any options as far as our order, even though we tried to fix the order by calling earlier. The manager was rolling her eyes at us, shushing us when we kindly tried to explain the situation, and continued to walk away from a conversation with us. When we showed up, they tried to sell us several hour old pizza that had not even been in the portal, it was sitting out on the counter. When we opened the box, the pizza was cold and stuck to the box. Completely inedible and unsafe. The manager refused to speak to us because they were “too busy” and told us they never answer the phone because they are too busy. They refused to give us a refund or make us new pizza.The young man at the register swore at us and told us we were liars and refused to help us.
