I paid for the order the day before and went to pick it up today, only to find out that my order had been lost. While I did receive a refund, the situation left me scrambling to find a replacement at the last minute, which was stressful during the holiday rush.
As a new business, it's so important to ensure orders are handled properly. Customers like me choose to support local businesses because we value what they bring to the community. I could have bought dinner rolls anywhere, but I specifically chose this bakery, hoping for a great experience.
