AT&T Store — Local services in Saltillo

I went to the Saltillo AT&T store on 5th today and even though I’ve been there a handful of times, this was by far the BEST experience I’ve had at this location. Nya is AMAZING! Super professional and her customer service is unmatched. I went in to inquire about a high bill I had and she was not only able to fully explain why this was being billed to me, after finding out the issues I was having getting the internet up and running in my new apartment, she waived my installation fee and also credited my account for the days I was unable to use my internet. This is the worst AT&T store that I have ever visited. My wife and I came in yesterday looking to get new devices for our daughters when a huge argument broke out. Working in management myself, I was shocked as to how the manager conducted herself calling the police on staff that asked to speak with a supervisor. I’m sure some type of protocol should be followed before things get out of hand the way things happened yesterday at this location. I have been struggling with my phone services for over two weeks, and no one could help me from other stores, even customer support could not help me. So I decided to go to the Saltillo AT&T. The employee Matthew helped me with my issues within five minutes of being there, not only was he helping me, he was on the phone, helping another customer as well.
