I wish I could rate lower. My brother in law, in his 70's, locked his keys in his truck, in front of the liquor store, they had his truck towed, and cost $540 to get his truck back. You give these people your business since their opening day, and this is the appreciation you get in return. You can bet I will tell everyone I know about this, in hopes they join me, in never giving them any business again. He's an older man who has no help. The neighborly thing to do would have been to try and help him get his truck unlocked. If you gonna make a phone call, why not make a call and have someone come and unlock it, at a cost of maybe $50, rather than make a call to have it towed, at a cost of $540? I thought as a small town, we all tried to look out for each other. But, obviously, at this liquor store, she's more worried about a vehicle setting in front of her store, for 3 hours, so she has her faithful customers truck towed. Knowing she had done a bad thing, trys to explain it away, as if the whole strip mall could no longer do business, and had to shut down, due to his truck being parked directly in front of her store . ...
