Absolutely the most unprofessional and rude customer service I have ever seen in a Krystals chain. We stopped there last night and pulled into the drive through at 9:30 last night and were told through the speaker that they were in the middle of a shift and that it would be 15-20 minutes. Odd that a 24 hour business would totally shut down operations at 9:30 on a Saturday night, but okay. I drove next door to the service station to get gas, drove down the street to McDonalds because that’s all the kids would eat, and then due the long drive through line at McDonalds returned to Krystals at 10:00 on the dot. What was I told when I pulled up to the speaker? “We are in the middle of a shift change and it will be at least 20 minutes”. I told the lady that she told me 15-20 minutes 30 minutes ago, and her responds was “too bad Sweet Pea, that’s just how it is”. Sweet Pea, Sweet Pea! Who does that minimum wage worker think she is talking to a customer like that. That was the second and last time we will ever visit that place. Rude, and unprofessional. Read moreThe service was terrible. I got there right at 11:00am on July 18. Looked like all they had was 2 employees. I was the only one there at the time and it took 10 minutes for them to take my order as the shift leader was counting the money out of the drive thru register. One person came in behind me and he ended up leaving before being acknowledged. As I was sitting there eating I could hear the people at the drive thru on the intercom and every single one of them had to say “hello hello” before being acknowledged. Hire more people and have your shift leaders be better. One of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had Food was ok. Been on the grill a little too long but not here to complain about that. Hire better workers. How is this place still in business...
Read moreI've been to this location several times. It's never the employees that provide a bad experience, it's manager/owner for putting too few people on a staff and the best time. Yesterday, I waited in the drive-thru line for 17 minutes before even getting to the window. I asked the staff why it's taking so long and they stated only two of them are working. I understand cutting overhead cost and reducing label cost. As a former restaurant manager, I do get the in and out, front and back of the house, etc. EVERYTIME I've come, it's the same experience. I only stayed in line because I live in Booneville and had nothing to do as well as was on the phone the entire time. That is terrible for business.
