Dollar General — Local services in Saluda

Although at times I wish there would be more than one cash register open, this Dollar General is a WHOLE lot better than most every other Dollar General I have ever been to. I feel like it is a staple for DG's to have unboxed shipments in its aisles, I mean it's a discount store not a Dillard's... Anyway, a lot of DG's I have been to are a lot more messy and smelly and shady and gross than this one. Saluda is a small town and this is one of the only stores in the town and I think it is a pretty good little place. The bathrooms and everywhere else is always clean, I never feel unsafe in here like I do in numerous other Dollar Generals. It deserves...

This store is an Absolute Joke!!!!! The employees are Rude & Hateful, they have NO sense of Costumer Service whatsoever, I've been in several times and each time is a bigger disappointment than the last. New Employees & New Management are needed ASAP bc the Manager on duty this morning was more Rude than the cashier, not that she was any better. I wouldn't give this store a quarter of a store yet I have to at least give it one bc if not I can't leave a review!!! Idk who in their right mind Would EVER give this store anything more than 1 star bc it is...

I had to wait for 35 minutes to get cashed out, because of a problem with the cash register being out of order. Damm biggest mess I have ever seen. Clerk said it had been this way all day.
