I did notice a 1-star review from someone, and honestly, that’s really unfair—especially considering Kay’s has only been open for a week and is still in their soft opening phase. We need to be more supportive and patient with new businesses in our community. These small, local spots are the backbone of our neighborhoods, and they deserve time to grow and shine.
