Valley Oaks Center — Local services in San Andreas

Shopping center definitely needs TLC! Potholes in the parking lot, chipped paint, dirty "sidewalks" & many empty spaces. The center has a nice Starbucks, Hawgs Dawgs bar & grill, yummy Thai food restaurant, Oak Savannah clothing store (reasonably priced high end clothing), Subway, CVS, thrift store, realty office, Power Up (excellent work out/exercise business), Post Office, Smoke Shack (?), Sheriff Dept satellite office, Country Kitchen (diner-style food), Marval grocery store, Center for Integrative Medicine (outstanding Drs office), Round Table, Investment business, Pet grooming & a Mexican restaurant. Nice variety but the empty units make the center truly impact the aesthetics as a whole & make the center look cheap & run down. Since the building of this center to now. They have proven to be a wonderful addition to our community. My brother played a part in the construction of the buildings. My family has always enjoyed the venders. Common Grounds, Fussion Grill, Mi Terra, Villa Bakery, Health Habit, and Foothill Pharmacy. Are wonderful places. Some of the old places are missed such as Jamba Juice and Crafters Corner. I recommend to people who visit the area to visit any of the stores. Don't know about this place I think it's the well maybe no I can't remember what I was going to do there? I can say it must be a good time! Especially if I don't seem to remember the place to much?
