Burger King — Restaurant in San Andreas

So right from the start its 3-5 minute wait per car for 4 cars. I finally pull up after a long wait and the floor under the window is COVERED in soda syrup and sauce that has clearly dried out and is now a spot for flies. I pay for my order and the guy IMMEDIATELY crumbles up my receipt and throws it away without saying a word. Whoever was working the window at 3:30 on Sunday Spetember 26th 2021 clearly knew throwing away the recipet was a good idea to stop customers from having a name to use. After waiting a minute I noticed the man looked into the instore area then took what appeared to be my food out after finding out they had the wrong order ready for me. He then walked out and returned with a different bag that I can assume is my food. During Covid this is a HORRIBLE move made by these employees. I then watched them notice me seeing this and the 3 employees formed a wall to block me from seeing whatever it took so long to do. After throwing away some wrappers they then gave me my order and told me bye.. BUT I never got my drinks. You know the thing you START the customer with so they have something to sip on. The employees had NO idea what my drinks were and had to ask me as "we forgot". This was a terrible experience! Both sodas we waited for were flat! My sons happy meal didn't come with a toy so basically I paid extra for the very average Burger and the fries that stick together because they were cooked incorrectly. Look calaveras is a hit an miss county an with Mac Donald's being ran off from ever opening a branch besides angels camp, I've seen a lot in thirty years of eating at this bk but it's in the town my grandparents retired in , Ive had birthdays,lunches an munchies in this bk watched a lot of school buddies learn that fast food can be tough an is not for everyone but overall I'm blessed that my town has a drive through with memories I love there chicken nuggets,an that there open late I recommend valley springs bk to anybody wether u need a job or a meal valley springs bk is real on top of being positive an if a mistake happens there happy to hear about it an correct it. please consider leaving a place better than u found it so if u could improve something about bk experience then join there team but leave the negative at home. Young people start here like many an bk is a first chance giver. In conclusion Making people feel bad or putting business down in small towns just reflects on the customers as much as workers an restaurants.I think this is a great town with good people an alot...

Usually a lot of complaints about our burger king here, and I could complain about certain things as well,but they are almost always patient and kind and are cheap especially with the app coupons its cheap and some things even free, my son loves burger king for some reason we go and Usually get a cheeseburger or a rodeo burger each and share or get 1 large fry each and its under 5 bucks or so even with a sofserve my boy likes to dunk his fries in ( learned that from me ). They tend to run out of things, they shut down the soft serve at 9pm,and sometimes it takes a while to get your order but they do get busy sometimes so if your tired and there's a line,put your vehicle in park just incase you doze off,you don't wanna tap the bumper of car infront of you... almost happened to me.
