Just PCSed here yesterday. As usual, I have to find an Asian market first wherever we go. It’s a plus that the market has a little cafeteria inside. I don’t really care about the customer service as long as the food tastes good. I have to say that the food tasted ok, the price is reasonable. However, this is the first Korean restaurant that does not offer any side dishes. I ordered #2 and #9, they are $12 each according to the menu on the wall, and I don’t know how come the total came to $28.99. It was my fault that I did not ask for a receipt. The second mistake that I made was buying a 4pack of ramen noodles after lunch. I will say, 90% of the items don’t have a price tag on them. I took the ramen to the register, and hand over my card. The price came up to $10 something, which I think it’s a little bit pricey for an Asian market . Anyway, this time I was smart and got my receipt, and the receipt shows $11 something cuz there is a “non-cash adjustment “fee. I wish I knew there was a credit card fee. Even though some small businesses do that, but still nice to have a sign or something by the register or on the door. If I have to, I might go back for some Korean food, but I don’t think I will go back to buy anything from the store. I would like to know the price before I buy them, and I don’t wanna ask the cashier every single time how much is it? Before I buy it ( if I can find the cashier).

What a deal! I honestly can’t believe this. Their menu (item #3) clearly lists “veggie/seafood and other ingredients” and even shows a picture with seafood. I’ve been a regular customer and when I ordered this dish before, it did come with seafood. That’s why I ordered it again. But this time, no seafood. When I asked the lady at the cashier counter, she argued with me and insisted the soup has never come with seafood. When I pointed directly at their menu, she literally grabbed a marker and crossed out the word seafood and the seafood in the picture—only after I questioned it! Then she told me, “This is just a picture. If it had seafood, it would cost more.” So basically, they only corrected the menu after I brought it up. Before that, they were happy to let customers believe it included seafood. As a loyal customer, I feel misled and very disappointed. In the end, I paid $15.61 just for a plain veggie tofu soup.

Stopped by there today, was great. Decided to eat at the little restaurant in the rear. Food was awesome. We will be back. Last year. Found everything we were looking for and one item we've been looking for for years. A little disappointed that there was no dine in, maybe next time. We will be back. Clerk was very helpful and not at all like other post say.

The store selection is very limited. Do not recommend shopping here unless you really have to.

The staff are also very rude. When I entered the restaurant in the back, the employee stayed seated and stared at me. I didn't know he was the waiter so I sat down and waited, and waited, and waited. I only knew he was the employee when a customer returned his finished plate and the employee collected it. I thought that wasn't the best customer service but whatever. The lady who runs the register was the rudest. I approached the register to order and she looked at me and continued chatting on her phone like I wasn't there. I should've just walked out instead of waiting for her to finish her phone call. Instead of ending the phone call, she continued the call through the transaction. When she counted my change she paused between each bill to talk on the phone. I was amazed at how little she cared for her customer. I'm moving to San Angelo soon and will not be going...
