Actually had my first really bad experience here today. I ordered a London Fog Tea Latte on mobile and what I got when I arrived was awful. The tea was badly over-steeped: you can always tell when Earl Gray has been over-steeped because the bergamot oil in the tea leaves becomes extremely overpowering. The tea had not been mixed properly, so the flavor pumps were clumped at the bottom. And it wasn't even a latte! The cup had been overfilled with regular milk, no foam to be found (see photo). Usually I have a good experience at this location but today was just very disappointing and if not for an injury I would have walked back to have my drink remade. EDIT: Got one without any milk at all this time. For the record I still got charged for a London Fog as opposed to just some hot Earl Grey. I don't know what it is with this location and making a London Fog, but ordering one is a solid 50/50 chance of not actually getting what you want and paid for. EDIT 2: Iced London Fog came as a cup of milk on ice, with a teabag stuffed at the bottom. Seems like they tried to steep tea in cold milk. For the record and per the seller response below, I HAVE asked to have my drinks remade, but how are they supposed to remake it when they don't know how it's made? If I am going to walk an employee through how to make a drink then I'm just going to not pay money for it and make it at home. That is the plan going forward, as all I usually want is just a London Fog and not the other items Starbucks has on offer.

They always take forever for online orders. I ordered a coffee online. It took like 15 minutes and then the app showed me that "Order is Ready to go", so I went there. I waited like 5 minutes and nothing came out. I asked that guy "Excuse me, I have an online order". He was like "I have a couple online orders". Then I said "But it showed me that the order is done". Then he was like "It's not done yet". Then DO NOT adjust the status of the order to READY.

There was another time, I ordered a pink drink, it said in progress, so I went there, and I saw the staff sitting on the couch chilling and never start making my drink. Then I left, and it took like 30 minutes for them to finish my drink.

And it in the summer, not event during school!! What is wrong with the...

Idk why I keep coming here. Either the service or the coffee is usually subpar. Today it was both. I ordered a regular black coffee with sugar and cream on the side. I received a burnt tasting coffee with cream and stevia mixed in. The girl behind the counter said she didn’t know the difference between stevia in the raw and sugar in the raw. I told her sugar in the raw is brown packs not green ones. To which she responded “I know”. I threw my coffee away and walked out. Losing out on coffee and 3 dollars was preferable to dealing with those baristas again. Starbucks should be ashamed. Can’t even get basic coffee right. Be better...
