We ordered a very large spray for a loved ones funeral and got a regular sized spray. The lady taking the order did not take instruction well. I asked for curly willow (didn’t get any!!!), a paint pallet and some brushes to personalize it, as our family member was an artist. For the amount of money we spent, I was wanting a real pallet even if was from dollar general!!! Instead we got a cut up piece of foam with paint colors painted on it that had dripping paint making it look worse. Family was so disappointed. They expected something grand considering that we paid almost what a casket piece would cost and we were given something not so grand. We will never do business their again. I ordered flowers from my church for the funeral service of the sister of a church member. I ordered online from a link that was in the obituary. Then I received a picture of the flowers and was very disappointed. I reached out to the funeral home and was told it could have been Friendly Flower Shop. When I called Friendly Flower Shop to ask about it I was told it was definitely not them, as they had no record of the order. I was very congenial and non confrontational on the phone call. Then unbelievably to me, after reaching out to the family, I found out that the florist listed on the card that was attached to the flowers was none other than Friendly Flower Shop. Easy online ordering, prices are decent BUT on the busy day like Valentine's Day to not answer your phone is ridiculous. I ordered flowers for my wife several days ahead and at 5pm on Valentine's Day they still were not delivered. I called and called no answer. So I left my job to go and see if the store was even open and of course it was. With a store of about 6 or seven ladies all busy. I was greeted immediately by a very kind lady they were all very nice. I understand your busy but to not answer the phone or have an answering service for customers is just poor service.
