My first experience with life storage on Galm store #919 was very pleasant. Mrs. Mandy was so kind and professional. She was very helpful. I love how she takes pride in customer safety keeping things wiped down and clean. When I first got my storage I needed a truck. Mrs. Mandy referred me to the sister store on the other side of culebra near 410 store#706 to get the rental truck. Mrs. Diane was so pleasant over the phone, she was able to get me going in the right direction by setting up my initial rental. I ended up canceling my rental reservations but shortly there after, I called back to reschedule and I spoke to a young lady by the name of Evonna. Now up to this point the customer service was great, however this young lady just really blessed me. She was just as kind as the previous two employees. Ms. Evonna went above and beyond to make sure I have the best experience with life storage. She went over every piece of paperwork step by step and made sure I understood everything. She did not miss one detail. She was super accommodating even noticed I had a bday coming up and wished me a great day. After returning my rental I was pooped. Needless to say, I got all checked out just to drive away leaving my personal belongings in the back. I called back to the store and she told me that I have everything here waiting for you. As soon as I pulled up sure enough she brought it right out making it a little easier for me. Lastly, it was extremely hot around 105° outside and she gave us a nice ice cold bottle of H20. Customer service was phenomenal!!! All in all, I just want to say not only did I have an amazing experience at one location but three different locations. The Blanco location a while back, Galm, and Culebra most recently. I just want to give them kudo's for such great customer service doing these trying times!!    Read moreI reserved my unit online, and went to office the night before my move in to sign paperwork and make sure everything would be ready for my movers to get in and out quickly the next day. When I arrived to the office about 30min before closing the young man (Kincade) behind desk was all smiles. He welcomed us as he was saying goodbye to another gentleman. Kincade began helping us with our renovation and had several interruptions with the phone ringing (he was the only one there, so I understood he needed to answer it, but each time he was very apologetic. He even offered my daughter a hand warmer as it was little chilly inside and taking longer than expected, due to all the interruptions. He even took us to view the unit (in the rain) to be sure it would be the correct size wee needed. So even though there were several interruptions and it overall took little longer than expected.    Read moreI wish companies were up front about the price or potential increases as I drove 2.5 hours away and slept in my car until they opened for an affordable unit and nothing mentioned online about price increase in 3 months almost triple the original quoted price plus you have to buy their $20 lock that stores don't sell. Small price increases are normal at random intervals based on the market which is understandable, but they have this planned out to definitely go in affect exactly 3 months after move in, which means it's not a random increase but a planned promotional pricing not disclosed when booking.
