😡😡😡😡PLEASE READ 😡😡😡😡 Pawned my flat screen smart tv for 2 weeks and it came back with roaches coming out of it since the min they brought it out the man was carrying it to my car and picked up my tv to carry it to my car and I told him is that a spider? and he killed it and I thought it was just one as I drove off I realized there where ROACHES not spiders all over the screen in MY CAR 😡😡 and still when I was getting it off my car ROACHES were coming out and finally when I got home I took off the plastic rap that they had put. There was A LOT of baby roaches in the back of my tv this is VERY F** DISGUSTING I did not pawn my tv with roaches so I expected my tv to come back the same y'all are selling and people are pawning there tvs and little do they know there gunna have ROACHES in there tv when they comeback or when y'all sell your tvs and also putting bugs in people...

It depends how many people are there waiting to get service. But I've gotten good negotiations on my property I pawn. I been going there for years off and on and the loan I get remains the same no matter how much the value of items change. Update: 5years ago I gave it 3 stars. Today I give it 5 stars. This place is always clean and organized. The workers there are friendly especially today we had the pleasure of meeting two wonderful friendly workers Ashley and Jay. Their energy was awesome. They greeted us and spoke with us. They answered the phone properly and gave it to someone higher when they didn't know. Great ppl! Although it wasn't busy, we were in and out with no problem. I've been dealing with this store for 11+ years! Ashley (Mgr) has always made sure to take care of me. Edit! The store has someone fairly new I'm assuming named Claudia....Claudia does not know what it is to have good customer service.....it's sad Ashley can't even go on vacation without Claudia potentially running her regulars off. If it were not for both Ashley's and the other young lady Nyeli helping me today, I would never do business here again based on the experience I had with Claudia. If you think repeatedly saying over a customer, "What I can do and threatening to drop someone's stuff" is good customer service, you're in the wrong business Claudia because you attitude and compassion suck!
