Immaculate Conception — Local services in San Antonio

If I could do half a star I would. The only reason I know of this parish is because of my aunt who recommended it to baptize my son. SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AT THE FRONT OFFICE. I called for a simple question and Lucille answered me. First she sounded as if she was still asleep, then she couldn't answer my simple question. So, she asked for my number to give me a call back, as I was giving it to her she interrupted me saying she couldn't hear me to where then I started speaking slower and louder and she then interrupted me again saying "No I said I couldn't hear you, not, not understand you." I work for customer service, and you do NOT interrupt anyone while they're speaking. After the customer finished speaking you then ask if they may repeat themselves because you weren't able to hear them. Once I figured I was going to get no where with Lucille I asked to speak with Easther (Very nice lady) and with attitude she said "Ma'am can you just give me your number and I'll give you a call back" which I stated to her "No I rather speak to Easther who has a better attitude. When will Easther be in?" and she stated "Easther isn't here." I again said, "I know Easther isn't there but when will she be?"And then she answered "Easther isn't in and she won't be in until Thursday." Then hung up on me. I do not care how difficult I was being a representative never disconnects a call with their customer.
