Restaurante Don Pablo — Restaurant in San Antonio

I ordered the Enchiladas plate special which came with the tea, I asked the waitress for a refill and she told me that they were gonna charge me for the refill bc I'm the sign it said that no refills I told her that it can't be right bc usually every restaurant gives you one or 2 refills she said not there so when I looked at the sign I saw that it said only 2 refills the 3rd one would be charged then I called the waitress to tell her about what the sign said but she never came back so I told the owner which was the one in the cash register, so when I got up to pay the owner charged me for my plate plus for another refill he said I got 3 refills I told no I didn't I only got one he also charged me for a soda that I bought my little brother the price on the sofa is $1.75 he carved me $1.80 I told him why did you charge me $1.80 when it says it's $1.75 he said that the price on the menu was wrong I told him will your not suppose to charge more that's false advertising he just smiled I wasn't gonna argue for a nickel more but I'm putting this in here so everybody can see bc a nickel from everybody that buys a soda would be alot, I will not be coming to this...

Edit: the food is still great but lately they are often closed early (based on their published hours) or not open at all. I generally love and prefer to support local business but kinda hard to do so if they aren't actually open.

Original review- This is a small friendly spot, quiet and very well handled. Quality of food and service excellent, my daughter had her preferred fill of bean cheese and bacon tacos and finished every bit. Not too many places have the option even, but the costillas de oven (short ribs plate) is a major standout, very tender and delicious. Even got some to go. Good food, great prices as well....
