I bought the APCO chorizo . I was very disappointed because when I started to cook it, it turned into Grease soup just grease floating in a pan with a few pieces of meat showing. I contacted Customer Service at APCO and they were very kind but telling me that I have to take it to H-E-B and, ask for a refund and I wanted chorizo with less grease.
