Mission Apartments — Local services in San Antonio

My cousin stays here and everything she explains as far as the office, certain tenats when it comes to the "rules". it's sad to see that they misuse information to tarnish other characters, they don't follow leasing. You have children with firearms shooting at other children almost shooting my nephews bedroom, the trash is consistent from the apartments having parties and they don't pick up after themselves, certain units have favoritetism, certain units are plain out dirty. I know a lot about housing just from reading the lease agreements and one thing they don't do is follow any of those rules. I have a friend that is a friend of the CEO and an officer so trust this isn't the only thing I'll be speaking of. Those that pay their rent, that are suppose to be able to feel free, aren't. Do you just hire who you want & receive a check? Because if that's the case than believe me it won't go unnoticed. The quality of these apartments has declined significantly. They are now merely satisfactory. Considering the number of children residing here, it is imperative that the playgrounds are properly maintained. The current state of disrepair is unacceptable and poses a significant safety risk. Glass littered the area, metal bars were protruding from the ground, spiders were present at the slide, and the swings were extremely hazardous. My daughter will be moving there and I am just highly not happy about the grass and the trash , how do you guys expect a child to play outside when there is trash, plastic bottles, clothes, dogs out in the back area , I don't like they have no privacy back yard .
