Oak Hills RV Park — Local services in San Antonio

Called late at night hoping to get an answering machine or some recorded info. It just rings and rings and then hangs up on you.

Called the next day twice in a row because now it was during business hours. Lady answered and seemed really nice. Said she was "on the way in and would check to see if there was availability" and confirmed my phone number.

Never called. So I tried calling the next day and the same thing happened. Phone rings and rings and just hangs up.

How are you supposed to get any customers if nobody answers the phone? Website doesn't have any reservation options so you're just forced to...

This is a great little RV park! It's quiet and clean, with plenty of trees and only a mile or so off the freeways. Marcus the managing/ owner is fantastic. He stopped and enlisted his work crew to aid him in personally assisting me, backing our 38ft motorhome into their last spot, a smaller spot, where we technically should never have fit. There are some great park managers and owners out there, but I'm confident 99 out 100 managers/owners would have told me and my exhausted mother, that unfortunately we were out of luck that day, but not Marcus at Oak Hills RV Park! Thank you so much...

Robyn and I were traveling thru San Antonio and wanted to stop for a few days to visit our daughters and grandsons. We needed to drop our trailer since space was not available in the girls neighborhood. We called several parks and found space is hard to find, no hookup just a safe place to leave the trailer for a few days. No luck until we got hold of Markus at OakHills, I hope the spelling is correct, we explained our situation and he offered us space at no charge. Took a load off our minds and we were able to spend time with the family no worries....
