Visited Indians street flavors food truck on a weekday evening after seeing many 5-star ratings. Expecting a great experience, I ordered numerous items; some for dine-in and some to-go. Since it's a food truck, there are no tables or chairs to sit and enjoy the food, so I parked my car and dined inside it. I ordered Iranian chai and biscuits, and pani puri for dine-in. Unfortunately, both items failed to impress. The chai was overly sweet, and the biscuits were too salty. The pani puri was particularly disappointing—the pani was bitter and old, and the sweet chutney lacked sweetness which it is actually known for. It also seemed like they had put chole gravy in the pani, which was off-putting. For takeout, I ordered a malai chicken Frankie, pav bhaji, and a Bombay grilled sandwich. When I got home and opened my parcel, I wanted to laugh. The pav bhaji gravy which looked like a mush of tomato and onion instead of a combination of mashed mixed vegetables and potato was given in a small cup, not even filled completely, which was definitely not enough for the two pavs. Additionally, the bhaji's taste was far from delicious. The sandwich, however, was crispy and tasty, providing the only positive note in my meal. The Frankie was mediocre, and the chicken inside it was dry. Overall, this food truck was not worth my money, and I am baffled by the numerous positive reviews it has received. I do not recommend this place for an authentic Indian food experience.

I’ve always passed by this spot, especially at night when it’s packed with customers. I used to overlook it after the donut shop closed, but I’m so glad I finally gave it a try today! I ordered the Grilled Chicken Tikka Sandwich and regular fries, and both were fantastic. The sandwich was a delicious panini-style creation with hearty, well-toasted bread that stayed perfectly crisp—even after the drive home in a to-go container. Every bite was packed with flavor! The fries, which I always use as a benchmark, were seasoned just right—not too salty, not too bland. They had that perfect crispy-crunchy texture, reminiscent of classic diner fries. I highly recommend this food truck and can’t wait to explore more of their menu!

India Street Flavors delivers an authentic and vibrant taste of Indian street food. The menu is packed with flavorful classics like chaat, pav bhaji, and samosas, chole bhature , frankies Veg/Non-Veg both , Grilled sandwiches all bursting with bold spices and fresh ingredients. The portions are generous, and the presentation is inviting. The ambiance captures the energy of Indian street stalls, with friendly service that enhances the experience. Whether you’re craving a quick bite or a full meal, this spot hits the mark. It’s a must-visit for anyone looking to enjoy traditional Indian street fare in a casual, lively setting. Delicious, affordable, and truly satisfying!
