This place a is a rip off. The dress that we had left a deposit for was on back order and not arriving on time. We were told we could get our money back; I show up no receipt as deposit was made in March. The owner asked to see the bank statement that I had made a purchase. Which I did on my phone it clearly showed I made a transaction. She asked to see my card. Unfortunately my card information had been stolen and used and I had replaced my card last month. Needless to say this lady would not honor it. She stated she could not give me my money back because I didn’t have my card. I clearly had made the purchase it showed on my statement and I asked if she could give me cash. She said she couldn’t do that. This is how they treat customers. Ripping people off. If I could give a 0 rating I would. I have a business myself of party planning and event planning I will not be recommending this...

Very horrible place of business and owner. The owner of this shop was trying to steal money from everyone of the kids who ordered a dress and tuxedo. If you didn’t have a recipe she would make you pay again because she would say you never paid. Please be sure to keep all your recipes when purchasing from this place. The dresses also didn’t fit the girls but she told us that is how the dresses came. I DO NOT recommend this place to buy or shop from. It’s sad there are people and places out...

We had visited 3 other shops and had a scheduled visit for Friday. However, on Thursday we came across Rilena's. So happy we waited for them to open. Ms.Mindy was an amazing assistant and she helped us find my Granddaughter's sweet 16 Dress! After the 2nd try, she showed us the 3rd dress and we all fell in Love with it, we also purchased the matching crown. Such a unique shop to visit. Ask for Mindy and tell her Angelica, Lilia and Ruby referred you. She is truly AMAZING 🤩 CAN HARDLY WAIT...
