The team upfront is great, friendly and remembers my order. But there is one employee who is always making mistakes and sometimes rude. The team cohesiveness is struggling and you can tell they don't want to be around it. In the last day word has spreade that management moved a great team player to another store. It looks like things are only getting worse with rewardingthe toxic employees. Upper management needs to take a look at this location and get things fix prior to a incident happening. As a manager of a large section, I can see this happening. The good employees will leave and you will be stuck with the toxic employees.
