Went on sat 5/17 and purchased normal 1 small and 1 med snow cone. Gave attendant 20 and was given only 2 and change back. I should have checked change right then but I had never been shorted before. So today 5/18 I go to get change and notice the error. Called the store immediately and the young girl who answered asks went didn't you check it yesterday. Manager said the day had passed and would not give my correct change back. She couldn't speak English much, I explained she would have been over on the cash register but she kept saying the change of 2 and change had been given but understanding I have given 20. I know it was 20 being that I had just withdrawn from atm and on 20s ate dispensed. Son wanted a like snow cone. Being a 4 year old he accidentally dropped it in his car seat. Over 2/3 of the snow cone was pure white. From a cleaning up perspective it was great since had no syrup on the seat. We asked them to remake it as it definitely didn’t have enough syrup. It was the same ice just a few more shots of syrup. Son doesn’t care, but that’s terrible service. I get so excited to visit the valley and used to look forward to going to the stands. But I've just been more and more disappointed with the service. Half melted snowcone literally dripping and the syrup tastes so old. I wouldn't have mind if they had cleaned up the cup before handing it out but it was so messy and sloppy.
