I walked in with a very unique female plug that I was trying to connect to in order to run a spider box. I showed it to the employee and he started laughing. I am not an electrician and I had no idea what he though was funny. I explained to him what I was trying to do and he was rude and provided no help. I showed him a spider box that they had in the store and showed him the type of plug on it. I just felt like an idiot. I was ready to spend hundred of dollars. Instead I worked out the solution on my own and bought all the parts on Amazon. Brick and mortar stores, with bad customer service, are going to get killed by Amazon. I will give them 2 stars because their location...

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER I went to the store yesterday 8/16/2018 around 2:30 P.M. and the skinny early 50's, gray hair, about 5.6 feet tall, was very disrespectful, rude and racist. I showed him my phone to tell him what I needed. Another customer was there. and he said that "he is not in a good moon" Store --He said that "if I get mad I will refuse service, how many pieces do you want? " customer -- I said " only one" store --He replied "here (throwing the item on the desk), take it and get out of here"

Then he walked away and did not comeback. So I just walked away. He was not happy me buying something that was not expensive. Are living in a world...
