I am not an electrician and I had no idea what he though was funny. I explained to him what I was trying to do and he was rude and provided no help. I showed him a spider box that they had in the store and showed him the type of plug on it. I just felt like an idiot. I was ready to spend hundred of dollars. Instead I worked out the solution on my own and bought all the parts on Amazon. Brick and mortar stores, with bad customer service, are going to get killed by Amazon. Read moreWORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER I went to the store yesterday 8/16/2018 around 2:30 P.M. and the skinny early 50's, gray hair, about 5.6 feet tall, was very disrespectful, rude and racist. I showed him my phone to tell him what I needed. Another customer was there. and he said that "he is not in a good moon" Store --He said that "if I get mad I will refuse service, how many pieces do you want? " customer -- I said " only one" store --He replied "here (throwing the item on the desk), take it and get out of here"
