If the black man was smart he would give a piece a paper with the assigned door and instructions, however, I don’t think he has that skill level. By the way, yard is a little tight, but workable. Receiving hrs 6am to 6pm , however they get real busy from 12-6pm. They are 24 hrs, however receiving is subject to night crew. Bathroom is clean. The other comments about the person at shipping/receiveing are correct. He doesn't seem to like interacting with drivers and isn't good at providing them with instructions. After checking in first, I was told to get my seal and come back. Once I was back at the window, he proceeded to browse the internet for ten minutes, ignoring me completely. When I knocked to get his attention he had something of an attitude, so just be aware.

The unloading itself was lightning fast and the forklift operators are friendly and professional. The lot is a bit small, so be careful. On top of that, there is exposed rebar at the back of parking spaces, so be careful.

Overall, this isn’t a bad place to load/unload. But the gentleman at shipping and receiving is doing them...

MAKE RALPHY THE MANAGER !!

I have been coming here for months delivering cans and let me tell you this place takes forever if he is not there to unload you. He is the only forklift driver who actually cares about truckers and getting them unloaded so they can get to the next load. Anytime he is NOT there I have to wait for hours to get unloaded even though I show up when they open at 06:00am. But when he is there he makes sure the job gets done in a timely manner. If he wasn’t an employee at Refresco I would rate this place 1/5 stars. But when he is there working this place is 5/5 stars. With that being said, I highly recommend him because I know for a fact if he was manager this place...
