Be careful ordering on Postmates/Uber with Pho Mai. If you type “less ice” or “no ice” in “Special Request” for drinks you order for delivery they will adjust your order price and ADD an ADDITIONAL $2 or more (depending on how many items in your order) and they will say price adjustment is because you request “extra items”. I order from them all the time and never have they charged extra for asking for less ice in their drinks. But now, they are trying to charge for any little thing. Asking to have less of something does not mean I’m asking for anything EXTRA! $2 ain’t nothing big it’s a rip off what they do. When you eat in-person they fill drink cups full of ice so we have barely anything to drink and have to order refills which they charge additional for. They ain’t slick. So when I order delivery I know to ask for less ice, you can barely get like 3-4 sips of a drink because they fill cup full of ice. But, charging extra on an order via food app after we been given a price and they adjust it for more for something we did not order extra for is completely rip off. Especially when I’m spending $65+, they are so shady lol. Food is good. Service is whack. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND I WILL NEVER RETURN. Honestly, I used to think they had the best Pho, but they don’t. There really is no reason to settle for horrible service from management all the way on down when you can get delicious pho in friendlier establishments. My cousin and I went for dinner last night and we were both in shock about the horrible service we experienced the entire time. I was very hungry but due to the rude service I only ate my appetizer of 2 veggie roles and I drank a glass of what was supposed to be fresh squeezed lemonade but I know frozen lemonade concentrate mixed with water when I taste it. So no refills on lemonade concentrate. The potatoes in my veggie rolls were also undercooked. My cousin didn’t even finish her meal because we couldn’t wait to get out of there. When I expressed my concerns to whomever was in charge he braced his body to engage in confrontation with me rather than pay attention to what a patron was trying to convey. I have been coming to get my coconut desserts here for years!! Today was my last time, after asking the lady behind the conter to please put more coconut milk in the frozen dessert cup, she tells me, "we don't do that here!!!". I let her know that they have always done it for years. She got louder and said "we don't do that here, you wanna pay more extra?!" I told her that's fine, that I was there last week ordering the same thing and they did it, at no extra charge.
