I wanted to take advantage of the amazing offer Subway had when you order through their app. Unfortunately, this was the most horrible experience I’ve ever had at a subway in my life. The app said my order would be ready 20 minutes after I placed it. When I arrived at the Subway 35 minutes later my order was not even ready. There was two team members working but only one was making sandwiches for one customer in the restaurant. The team member which was doing nothing behind the counter eventually acknowledged my girlfriend and I then asked if we had an online order. When we confirmed she made the most disturbing face at us. She then proceeded in making the sandwiches but continued giving us dirty looks the whole time. It was uncomfortable to even be in the restaurant I felt like I was a bother to them. Read moreI have been going to this location for about 4 years now, never had a problem. I've ordered online many times, never has my sandwich been made incorrectly. Which was okay, it was lunch time, so i figured the team had their hands full. I ended up driving back to see if they would be able to remake my sandwich. They do (and they do it wrong again, now missing the actual toppings) but i was not going to go back a 3rd time. My major issue was the acting manager at the location. Extremely unprofessional, she had me open up my sandwich and explain why it was wrong, and picked it apart with her fingers. Had attitude, she was not happy i was asking for it to be remade. I was coming at her with absolutely no anger, so for her to be instantly annoyed shows she should not be any type of manager at this establishment. I ordered 6. to make it easier for cashier/associate I told her to put all the veggies on the side and I would come back to pick up so my order so it doesn’t stop her from helping others I arrived and she said if it was okay that she places veggies in cookie bags I just said it was okay I don’t like to be picky I asked if I can buy a plastic container and she told me she couldn’t because everything was inventory counted and I would have to buy a salad for her to give me a plastic container (I’m sure the cookie bags were inventory counted too and the tomatoes ripped right through ) just my...
