I have been a costumer for this store for over 10 yrs..never did I have such bad costumer service from any of the workers, like I just did this past Sunday Oct 6 but it was from the manager or owner I believe her name was Kate or Jane I just went to the store to buy a few things about 2-3 weeks ago.i bought a few items. One of the items was a knitted cardigan which started to ripe from one of the sleeves when I noticed I took it off called the store to let them know one of the employees told me that with the receipt I was able to come in for an exchange. Take in note that I live an hr away so I couldnt come in that same say or the day after. I looked for the receipt and called again the next day I told one of the girls that I loved in big bear but that I was coming down the mountain on sunday she left a note for the manager because in order to make an exchange or return their systems only works Monday through Saturday.i came in su nday with receipt and spoke to the manager. I didn't want my money back I wanted the same cardigan even same color. But she said that for an exchange I had to bring back the item with the tag and the same condition I had bought the item for . Who wears clothes with tags I didn't know the clothing was going to be damaged .like I said I've been a costumer for years. The manager was really unhelpful and didn't try to help. I was honest and told her I i Wore for a few hrs until I saw how much it was ripped. After her not wanting to do the exchange I told her to keep the cardigan and that I wasn't going to returning to her store..I am very disappo inted because that was my favorite sotre to go shopping..if you buy there make sure you wear with tags and keep the receipt in case something is damaged otherwise you will loose your money just...

Then I found something within ten mins so I wanted to try it on but they refused because they needed 20mins to get ready to leave. I asked ok can I come back another day if it doesn’t fit? They say yes but exchange only within 21 days. I came back and they refuse to exchange my shirt stated oh all body suits is final sale. She did not tell me that when i purchased it. There was no signs by the racks and it was not on my receipt! Both Korean ladies just giggle and said sorry even though I mention there was no signs, nothing on the receipt and no one told me or else I would have never got it. This place was over priced anyways and the changing rooms is dirty....

Their dressing room was out of order so my daughter could not try on dresses to see what fits and their return policy is exchange only. Ridiculous! I asked the unfriendly associate how are we supposed to know what fits if we can’t use the dressing room or buy them and return what doesn’t fit? She just shrugged her shoulders.
