Burger King — Restaurant in San Bernardino

I ordered from this location using Postmates at around 1pm, with an estimated delivery of 1:30ish. The order was a Bacon King w/o mayo, some chicken fries and a peppermint oreo shake. When it got to 2pm I wondered what was going on. I went down to the store myself, the person who was supposed to deliver the food was indeed waiting there. She stated she had been there 30mins waiting for my food. When the delivery person arrived to the store she had been told my order would be up right away. In the time she waited, several different customers had ordered at the counter and received their food. As I was there waiting for the order with her, the manager (who's accent was so thick one could barely understand her) asked the delivery person what items were being waited for. The delivery person showed the manager the items on the phone. The manager grabbed a burger (one with mayo) and the chicken fries (now cold), handed them to the delivery person and asked if there was anything else. The delivery person mentioned the shake and this made the manager irate and she griped at the driver. Since I was to pick up the order the delivery person offered to cancel the order and go on her way, I told her to go ahead and complete the delivery as this situation was not her fault. As the manager handed me the food she only offered me some excuse on why the food was slow getting to me and no apologies. This place will not have my business anymore and I suggest others choose another Burger King if they have that...

My review 1 1/2months ago. Very great service one of the managers. Younger shorter Hispanic lady by the name of Maria. Very nice lady. Super wonderful customer service. Sadly leaving to better things soon.made our outing very enjoyable. Because of her 5 stars.

My review today (6.27.17) New manager black lady by the name of Carolyn, I believe. Older woman. RUDE!! No manners no people skills. To top it off a older black male ordered and low and behold out of nowhere she learned manners and was super friendly and nice to him. Now im not one to make a huge scen. But it dosnt take a genesis to notice when someone is being racist. Very disappointed. Will not be returning to this location. The sad thing is that most BK's are loosing thier touch. They have good food but the appearance has gone down hill. Sloppy,just tossed in wrapper, half full fries. More ice than soda when going thru drive thru. missing food from order, Etc... Cant stress over the customer service!!!! Managers back up thier rude un professional employes. Talking about inappropriate things while on clock and in front of paying customers. Cursing, etc. Sooner than later they will be put out...

I used to like, well somewhat like the food. However this particular location has steadily deteriorated to where I no longer want to eat the food. Starting off the cashier or rather the drive thru lady couldn't stop giggling or chatting and wasn't able to get our order right. Then the lad that took our cash asked us if we wanted straws with our drinks. No, we'll imbibe them through osmosis. Anyway we got home, and began to eat what can be described as anything other than the chicken sandwich we ordered, not sure what mine was but to say it was disgusting would be an insult to the adjective. The thing was slimy, and smelled of old dirty feet. I chewed or gummed about four bites and gave up. They don't change the oil, and slap grimy lettuce, about one quarter of a leaf of it, on a gritty bread that was as if it was run over by one of walmarts dirty wobbly shopping carts. I tried giving this place another chance. I really did. I won't be back that's for sure. Change the oil, and get your act together guys. You serve food, not gruel, to people, not slaves....
