I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks, primarily due to poor customer service from an employee named Sheila. I asked for ice and was told I needed to make a purchase, which I understood. I explained that I was looking for a specific cup and spent several minutes scrolling through hundreds of photos to find it. When I finally showed her the picture, she simply walked away without saying a word.
I had already told her the cup wasn’t on the shelf. It would’ve saved us both time if she had just mentioned that it was out of stock from the start. Instead, I was left feeling ignored and frustrated.
Even after trying to buy a $35 cup, I was told I couldn’t get the ice unless I bought that exact cup—which wasn’t available. That kind of policy, combined with such disengaged service, makes it clear this location doesn’t value customer experience.
I’ll be finishing off my rewards points and taking my daughter, significant other, family and friends else where. I won’t even buy coffee here anymore, and this visit just...

I guess I didn't realize how far away the store was (or how hot it was outside) because by the time we got to the shopping center I was drenched in sweat and he was pink in the face. I went into Starbucks to ask for an ice water and Anthony refused to give me water of any kind unless I made some kind of a purchase. Unfortunately I don't currently have the funds to be wasting on Starbucks drinks but did offer as much as a dollar for some cold water. He still refused even after I googled the legality of his refusal (or I should say il-legality) he didn't care and still refused to provide me with even a little bit of water. Read moreA friend and i went in. I ordered my coffee and she ordered hers. She got her coffee in like 3 minutes. Mine was taking a little longer. I then started noticing that everyone that was coming in 20 minutes after me were already recieving their coffees. I went up and asked if my mocha frappe is almost done or if theyre was any confusion. The ladies that ette making the drinks turned to me very annoyed looking and told me that its in the blender. It sat in the blender for another 5 min. I asked to cancel my order and they looked very angry. Except the young guy ay the register. He gave me a refund and gave me that drink for the inconvenience. I started drinking it and they gave me a watered down chocolate milk drink with almost no ice. So it was warm.
