Let me just start by saying thank you Stater Brothers for having my back for looking out for me for being my friend and making me feel like a valued customer I went to the ATM the other evening put my bank card in the ATM machine to check my balance and get $20 out for the next day for lunch at work I pulled the receipt took the money and turn around and walked out of the store not knowing I forgot my card in the machine I live about 10 minutes away soon as I got home I realized I didn't have my card I called Stater Brothers the answer the phone I told him what happened he said you hold on let me go look she went over to the ATM machine wasn't there she has to check her right behind machine if anybody turned in an ATM card from Bank of America and she said yes they have what are the customers just probably to me show me somebody left this in the machine so she comes back to the phone tells me not to worry everything's okay to check her has my make cord my betta inside the register all I have to do is come down and get it everything's okay don't worry we have your card if that's not looking out for the customers if that's not taking care of business I don't know what is I'll never shop in the world I went to Food 4 Less Albertsons Stater Brothers is cleaner it doesn't smell when you go over to the meat department like it doesn't poop or less and Albertsons Cardenas are prices better products better kiss better Stater Brothers is better than all the rest I hope they stay forever cuz that's the only supermarket that I will do business with I think it's Food 4 Less in Albertsons go over their meat department and smell them what it smells like in their meat department it stinks Stater Brothers doesn't smell at all oh you smell is nothing you don't smell any bad smells on the knee the meat looks fresh because it is Cardenas Food 4 Less in Albertsons stores do like that your brother stuff they save you money they look after you are always welcome there your Deli is the best daily I've ever ate at do bakeries are so fresh and so good I mean it's like right out of the oven next breath tank you Stater Brothers for having my back protecting my count it might be by holding on to my car and getting it so quickly in teether register I think the register girl and everybody in there that day I picked up my card I was so relieved you have no idea they really do look out for their customers take me to Stater Brothers for...

Upon arrival one can see that the parking lot was clean, free of debris. The store is well kept. There are emoyees in almost every department stocking merchandise. The meat department had several people behind the counter and all were busy. Same with the deli. I found most of my items. I needed uncooked flower tortillas. I had looked in all areas on my own. I waited in the meat department and when it was my turn I asked. He said try by the bakery. I went back and could not find them. I asked the very polite young lady. She said she did not know. Her coworker walked by and we asked her. She did not know. A male associate came to talk to the girls in the deli. I asked him. He said "I don't know where they are" I asked him to clarify. Do you know if the store does indeed carry them but not where they are kept? He responded, " hey man, I'm on break, ok." So I asked him what time he would return so I could ask him at that time." He responded with," I'm clocking out and going home" I was deeply disappointed. The gi he was talking to suggested that I look in the bread isle. 🍞 on my way to the bread isle I saw an associate in the chips isle. I asked him. I think his name is Isaac. He told me that he knew that the store did sell them but he did not know where. I thanked him and was about to walk away. He stopped me and said "I'll go find out, wait here"😳 I could hear him go to isle #1 where the gentleman from the deli was talking to another of the female employees. Isaac asked him about the uncooked tortillas. He returned to tell me that the tortillas were in isle one about midway. I thanked him and went around. There he was the deli kid!!! Still talking to an attractive female employee. I walked by them looking for the tortillas. I hear him telling that he was on lunch. I kept looking and boom 💥 there they were!! Just like Isaac said. I don’t normally come to this particular location, but I came yesterday 1/10/2025. There was 3 registers open on a Friday evening, and it got pretty packed, there was 2 registers opened that were 15 items or less and only 1 regular register. Okay, the 1 regular register got very busy and had a very long line, I was told since it was so busy, I could just go to a 15 items or less register. Those were not busy at all. Just 1 person ahead of me. When I got to the cashier Reylene, she must have noticed I had more than 15 items. I may have had 25, she was literally scanning aggressively and placing my items down hard for the bagger. Why work customer service if you’re going to be so rude and unprofessional. I will avoid her if I ever have to go to this location again. I’ll stick to my Staters which is normally the one on 40th. They’re much nicer there! I’m sure Reylene won’t mind since she clearly doesn’t like to work. I have NEVER had my food thrown down so hard. My young daughter even noticed. She said I hope our sodas don’t explode.
