Alberto’s Mexican food — Restaurant in California

My fish tacos were over fried they looked like a day before left overs, fish was hard to bite and difficult to enjoy the batter hardly had any fish on it not worth spending your money I can't recommend this tacos they are the worst I have tasted so far.

Service was disappointing the young man at the cashier mess up a lot I request 7 menudos all with pata a soonest I arrived home and start serving my family and guests surprise no pata on non of my menudos than the tacos I order I clearly specified no double tortilla on all them, then all my tacos had double tortilla.

This young man takes his job for granted and not serious lacks of paying attention to customer requests. he dosen't listen at all, next time I will return all the food I don't think the manager or the owner of the location will be happy, having $80+ dollars returned to them for not following properly the customer requests unless the worker happens to be a...

Monday - Friday great food and service, however the last 3 Sundays we have ordered from this restaurant nothing but problems the first time was a completely wrong order that the refused to fix second time they double charged some items and today they charged for a whole order of nachos and only served the half order refused to address the issue when I called they refused to let me speak to a manager Edit was told the next day that if I didn't speak Spanish thank they manager would not talk to me. Was a 3 times a week spot now I would burny money before supporting this business. I have never been spoken to so poorly at a business that needs public money to survive. The beef enchilada plate was good when they 1st opened, I told ALOT OF PEOPLE TO GO THERE & ORDER IT ...but the last 4 times I ordered 2 plates they were horrible! Alot of onions & Bell peppers! in Enchiladas? Not like any Iv ever had or heard of? So I actually went in last week and told them I like them but no bell peppers & onions ,they said the meat is already done ? That way?
