I have been a long time customer from this place. Sadly I have noticed the extreme changes in the quality of the food it has been several times in which the recent cook food has been mix with the old food and it's very hard to take a bite today my BBQ pork was dark and hard to bite it's OLD the Spicy Orange chicken the same. It's sad this Chinese fast food restaurant was one of my favorites now not only the food quality has changed but also the attention to customers has changed as well. Before the employees use to seem happier and very courteous the ladies who use to serve your food use to work faster, serve the food faster and with cleaner plates they use to put condiments or ask you if they didn't know you as a regular, as today the new employees are way slower, long face and hardly they will put any condiments or offer you some. The owner must pay attention to details I will give them one more chance but now I am looking for new restaurants since this one it's burning itself with this new low-quality food and bad service. Finally $37.80 it's way too much for the quality they offer.

Also I called to let the worker/owner know about how we the food was NOT good and how there was No Chow Mein ... and he hung up in my face... DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE IT WILL MAKE U UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED!! Look at the pictures that show how disgusting the food looks and how they don't know how to present their food...THUMBS down👎👎

You should simply say ok and take the payment. Instead of trying to get me to buy combination plates. It's not what I want as a paying customer. I was perfectly fine with buying $50.00 bucks worth of food. 6-01-2018, got food poisoning.

August 2,2024 Craving Chinese food.We've been coming here for a while now. Last time I came.The service was really horrible.The girl was very rude not friendly. I give them another chance since I've been coming here for a while now people were very friendly before. So I came today thinking maybe they just had a bad day when I came. I have to say those attitude was there personality. When you're working with the public, you should be friendly.You should not open a business if your attitude is going to be this way because it will affect your business. I know I own my business. "Owner"please check on your stuff they are very very rude will make you or break you. So whoever owns this restaurant. Please check on your business. The food is terrible now and the attitude of the staff are bad. Please check up on them they might meet one that is not gonna be taking their bad attitude.It might even get worse and they might get hurt.The only thing I could say if the business owner is not taking care of it, the staff must be a family member.That's the only thing I could say. Sad because i'm asian and we take our work very seriously. I asked the young girl, are you okay? But she gave me a dirty look and she rolled her eyes. One. Day she will meet someone.That's not gonna take the dirty looks and rolling eyes. Maybe next time when I see her, she'll be blocking blue on the face. So be careful , little girl this world is changing. I wish that I read the Review before I ordered I spent $100.today. The food had no flavor and food very dry. If you see a young girl run. Lets do a proper review here . First off I will admit I like the 2 plate sizes regular or huge but for me the regular 2 item combo was enough since they do fill it up to the brim . Lady serving me was decent I'll admit no greeting upon entering just met with a stare. Once I started to order my wife got orange and spicy orange chicken I got teriyaki and black pepper chicken. Only chowmein for our plates again these things were packed got one drink since well I am with my wife I noticed there was a charge on refills different prices for different sizes makes sense why they charge idk lol some of the drinks were out. But wife and I sat down to eat . My chicken teriyaki was tough and dry very unpleasant texture and no flavor what so ever and but black pepper chicken was way to sweet almost like orange chicken which I will be honest I am not a fan of . Noodles tho were the worst beyond comprehension they were oily yet dry had a flavor I am unable to explain. For my wife the orange chicken was chewy and hard all in one and the spicy one tasted burned to her the noodles for were the same to her and she aswell could not tell the flavor and made her sick 🤢. So tbh this place needs a shoot ton of work but my hopes is that they get better at it I will be trying it again in a couple months because I always have hopes places will get better both food and service wise. I really do hope they enjoy what they do if not why even own...

Can someone please teach them to take the 15 seconds to ask the person walking into the restaurant with a sense of purpose straight to where the delivery pickups are so that the customer can get their food as warm as possible especially when it is sitting in front of their driver the counter. It is counterproductive and results in both parties unimpressed and irritated. Doesn't matter how busy. The person will have to be addressed regardless. Get it out of the way so that there is an actual incentive to place an order ahead of time or better yet.... Order from this restaurant.....

Ok allow me:

RESTAURANT STAFF: Pickup order? DRIVER: Yes it is for -Name- RESTAURANT: -TIME ESTIMATE- or - pick it up and hand it to driver.

Total elapsed time: approximately 15 seconds People retained: all as opposed to none

THAT IS ALL!!!! It's that simple.

For those waiting in line who disagree: Do you really seek to allow someone who ordered ahead from their home perhaps due to disability to receive cold food so that you may hold yours in your hands 15 seconds sooner? If so, you are even more special than the queen herself. I look forward to witnessing the marvels you put forth... and the benefit you bring to...
