Worst experience ever! The business never answers their phone. I made an appointment for today at 7pm. I called and left a message with my Groupon voucher number, and asked for a call back to confirm. I never received a call back. I called both today and yesterday trying to confirm my appointment to no avail. I decide to walk to the establishment 2 hours before my scheduled appointment to confirm my appointment in person.

The owner was sitting there getting her nails done. She was the most rude woman ever! I can’t believe her level of unprofessionalism. I was completely shocked. She claimed that I didn’t have an appointment. I told her I made it with another woman who answered the phone. She stated that because I didn’t speak with her directly that my appointment was never recorded, despite the fact the woman scheduled the appointment with me verbally over the phone. She told me that the next available appointment is December 12, 2018. That’s over a month from now I told her. She could not have cared less.

Terrible customer service. She admittedly ignores answering the phone when she is getting her nails done.

I bought a groupon for a Brazilian wax, the lady May called to cancel my appointment every other day about 3-4 times.. I finally get to go in, and she seems annoyed about something, doesn’t greet me. She takes me to the back and there was legit hair on the wall. I wish I took a picture. She did not prep me for my wax, did not cleanse me, or powder/oil me. Just went straight in with really hot wax. It was painful which means she was doing it wrong, she was double dipping in the wax pot (extremely unsanitary, can report to state board of cosmetology for that), and she didn't even even get all of the hairs. Then told me a Brazilian does not include the back side, which, yes it does. She left me slightly hairy, in pain, and worried about whether or not I would get an infection from her lack...

I bought the Groupon facial which was okay sort of. I left with my face feeling nice and tight. However...

1. My skin was oily with whatever it is she put on me. It felt and looked gross and greasy.
2. My hair was completely tangled from the weak and completely unnecessary head massage. No joke, my head was a big knotted clump. I went for a facial, not a creepy weak scalp rub. I couldn't brush it out with the small travel brush I have in my purse, so instead of running my errands, I had to go home, wet and condition my hair to brush it out. And I ended up loosing a huge clump in the process.
3. The girl had awful breath and her face was VERY close
