I brought in a beautiful gown that needed to have the entire upper lace overlay redesigned to custom fit me, as well as hem the length and train. Due to my dress arriving so late from overseas, I was so stressed and under pressure that I wouldn't be able to get alterations done in time for my wedding -- on top of which I had no back-up gown for! My mom came across Glamour Boutique, by chance, searching for somewhere local that could "make magic happen" in such a less than ideal time frame...I think I only had a little less than a month to get my initial fitting + and adjustments done before my special day!

Mrs. Sokko was so welcoming and patient. There was a lot of work that had to be done, but she was the sweetest during the entire process. Everything turned out beautifully and my gown was finished in line with the timeline we had established during the consultation process. I've attached photos of my dress from the day of my wedding to show the result of her expertise, eye for detail, talent, and hard work.

The reviews are true! Marcela is incredibly talented, not to mention so sweet and kind. She altered my wedding dress to fit me like a GLOVE within a month of my wedding. She listened to my requests but also made suggestions that I never would have thought of, making my already custom dress even more perfect for me. I was so comfortable on my big day thanks to her. After reading some horror stories about wedding dress alteration pricing from other brides I was worried about the final price tag but I couldn't have asked for a better deal at a more fair price. I'll be bringing any other alterations here...

Ms. Socorro is very a kind person. I found her online and met her the same day for help in sewing a prom dress for my daughter with the timeframe we had. We showed her a picture of it and she knew exactly what to do. I gave her my input and she added her own and it was great. Her business is very small and not sure if she is noticed by the public. Her price is very reasonable and hope she gets more business and reviews. She has materials available if you like what she has or you can purchase your own material and bring it in.
