Estero Town Commons — Local services in San Carlos Park

Really not a lot to review here. Lowes is the anchor tenant and Ruby Tuesday has an out lot. There is a strip center to the side with some local service businesses, a pizza place, Tropical Smoothie. There's also a Dollar store. Not a huge tenant mix, but a good place to go if you need something specific. My impression is that Lowes is the main destination for most people. Lowes dominates the shopping area, but there are a few key additional stores available. We really like the Dollar Tree here, as it includes a freezer section. Though their stock gets low quickly, the staff members are eager to help. There is also a Tropical Smoothie Cafe & a nail salon, as well as a Jet's Pizza & Ruby Tuesday on an outlot, right on Corkscrew.

Not much to talk about here. It is a small retail area anchored by Lowes. There is a Ruby Tuesday outparcel and a dentist office along Corkscrew Rd and along the Three Oaks Pkwy side of this corner there is a series of units including Jet's Pizza, Tropical Smoothie a Dollar Store and few other low traffic services like computer repair and a sylvan learning. Dangerous plaza to enter and exit due to lack of traffic signal. Easy to walk to from nearby gated communities and hotels as long as you obey...
