The salads here are amazing don’t get me wrong. I have been here numerous of times and always had a great experience. 6/13/24 at 3:08 I went into the Estero location- there were NO CUSTOMERS and 4 employees. I was not greeted when I walked and and NO eye contact was made. 2 were wiping counters and glass, 1 was at the register and the other was standing there behind the counter, as I was walking to the beginning of the line 2 of them walked to the back, the employee at the front register paid no mind and the one wiping the counter continued to do so. It took a solid 1 1/2 for the one wiping the counter to look up and say “welcome in” and continue on with her job. So I’m standing there waiting…. Maybe 2 more minute goes by and I can see the employees through the kitchen window one of the ladies locks eyes with me stares and then turns away. The one at the register was now filling her own cup at the water machine. I look around and decide after 4 minutes with no one in the restaurant to leave. As I almost to the door, the lady who was wiping down counters (who previously was literally 2 feet away from me one the other side of the counter) call after me and says “hey” I turned around and told her “there are 4 of you in here and no customers, no one helped...

Came in the other day and had an amazing experience with service food ect absolutely loved it. Came in just now with my gf and was greeted by a very dull kinda seemed in a mood young lady. She really seemed to not wanna help us out my gf started a bowl and when I said I wanted one too she made a little look and came to make mine. Couldn’t hear us at all somehow even tho I’m deaf in one ear and I can hear everything just fine. I felt to nervous to ask for other things I liked in my bowl I just wanted to get outta there. When we came the other day was greeted by a man probably late 20s early 30s and he was a 10/10 fast super nice and asked questions for us helping us understand the menu. He also asked if we’d like our bowls mixed which was awesome !! Young lady did not sadly. Do love the food so much tho and will be back hoping to see that service...
