This little store is a gem. Yes, all prices in the middle of nowhere are higher than when you have a Walmart, Costco, and Target within eyesight, but to be able to get anything from a stainless steel bolt, to a RV plumbing fitting, to bakeware (or even underwear and jeans) without having to drive an hour is a true blessing. The new ownership is finding their footing and it is regaining the warm helpful local feel. I dropped a letter while shopping and an employee (the owner maybe) tracked me down in the store and returned it. When did that happen in a large box store? I have shopped here for over 30 years now and I am just happy a local āgeneral storeā like this...

When I went in today, a middle-aged gentleman (the owner?) immediately asked "Can I help you?" I replied yes and told him what I was looking for. Instead of replying "Sure, follow me back and I'll show you where to find it", he gave me a description of the general areas/aisle #'s to find things and left it at that. He really could have done better than this, that store was practically empty of customers, and I consider his 'help'...

These people are so greedy that not only do they have the most expensive propane in California But they also require you to purchase at least 4 gallons. They simply canāt be bothered by making so little money on just a couple of gallons. Do you think for one minute that I will ever purchase anything from these greedy people? NO WAY. This whole idea that you have to charge a lot has nothing to do with delivery expenses but just human greed....
