The Mall — Local services in San Diego Country Estates

It's not just a small strip mall. Dozens of stores, a few restaurant/food places, the best grocery-market in town, laundromat, bank, etc. Has one of most types of stores. Great for small town of 3,500 people. Everything we need centralized in a 1-2 sq/mi area.

My one minor complaint about mall is many stores close at 4:30pm, everything else at 7pm. It's due to nearby observatory & Dark Skies Program.

The paint for the parking space lines is immaculately maintained, reasonably good pavement, and really nice Palo Verde trees for landscaping. The drainage does not get tested often, but our occasional flash floods look the have been taken into consideration during the design phase. Update: still looks like it is shedding water well, survived...
