Ace Furniture — Local services in San Diego

Not giving 5 stars only because outside they had a mattress exactly like one I bought from a different store that I didn't like, but was lucky that the other store was willing to take it back and refund most of my money, which is then why I came to this store and inside was helped by a gentleman that maybe was the owner and I told him I wanted a mattress that didn't sink in the middle and the one he recommended (a white n blue color one) so far seems to be exactly what I was looking for! Not only that but it included delivery and didn't make me wait all day either. Matter of fact he told me it will be about an hour, (when others usually make you wait till end of day), so in my mind I thought: Yeah Right! and so I went on to run other errands thinking I had ample time and sure enough in less than an hour he was calling me to let me know his helpers were on their way!! I will never do business with these guys again. I saw a ad on Craigslist for a bed. I arrive to showroom and the guy gives me a different price not realizing that he had posted it lower on Craigslist. I ask about a different size and he calls the manufacturer and quotes me a price but for only the headboard. I tell him I will get back with him. I contact him the following day and want to proceed with ordering it then he changes his story and says he needs to call manufacture to see if they have it. I remind him that I was in the showroom when he called and reminded him of the price he quoted me along with delivery. He then states that they cannot order bed due to a liability...

I just moved to San Diego from Los Angeles and was amazed to find this ACE Furniture located on El Cajon Blvd San Diego CA. This store has great prices. I bought a couch and a loveseat and a lamp for a great price. This Furniture store and the team who delivered my product to me are amazing. The same day of my purchase? of the lamp and loveseat and the couch it was delivered ASAP. My new apartment with the nicest furniture. I am well pleased with the professionalism and courtesy I received. I will be going back to ACE FURNITURE STORE TO PURCHASE MY DINETTE SET.
