We had a Mickey Funhouse party and Balloon Guru delivered, and more! We were amazed with our Mickey ears balloon arch with the Funhouse colors, as well as the Mickey head pedestal centerpieces! They added a great touch to our party and the kiddos loved it! We also had my son's name in large foil letters, and a few hours after setting up the balloons, one of the letters started to deflate. I escalated the situation to Shannyn and she called me immediately and was able to get help on the way. Within a couple hours, we had the balloon replaced by Jair, he even helped moved the letter balloons to a better location, and helped inflate another foil letter balloon that was also losing air. Balloon Guru-Robert were amazing! We came from Texas for the NCAA Basketball Tournament and only gave him 4 days notice to make 4 large Balloon Columns. He not only delivered them on time and they were beautifully done with our school colors but picked them up Sunday and delivered them to our Hotel for us to enjoy for our next event. Robert answered all my phone calls at all hours and was always gracious and ready to help. His customer service was spot on! I wish he delivered to Texas! I would use him for all my events.
